How Each Session Is Structured
Scenario Briefing
Participants receive their scenario brief — the commercial situation, their position, their objectives and any relevant background. Time is given to prepare. The brief is realistic, detailed and drawn from actual commercial situations.
Negotiation Round
The negotiation runs live with recording active. Participants are not interrupted. The scenario plays out as it would in a real commercial setting, including the pressure, the ambiguity and the moments where technique is most likely to break down.
Video Playback
Selected sections of the recording are reviewed with the participant. The focus is on specific moments — the opening anchor, the response to a demand, the handling of silence, the concession pattern. Not general impression — specific technique.
Structured Feedback
Technical feedback on what worked, what didn't, and exactly what should have been said or done differently at each critical moment. Participants leave with specific corrections to apply, not general impressions to reflect on.
Second Round
A new or modified scenario. The same techniques are required but the context has changed. Participants apply the corrections from the debrief under pressure again. This is where skill is actually built — not in the debrief, but in the application that follows it.
Across Ireland, In Your Context
Blue Titanium programmes are delivered on-site at your location or at a suitable venue across Ireland. Delivery in person is preferred for the video review component, though hybrid arrangements can be discussed where appropriate.
Sessions are typically scheduled two to three weeks apart, giving participants time to apply what they've learned in real commercial situations before the next session. This spacing is deliberate — it creates an additional layer of real-world practice between sessions.
